Blue Bay House is a modern, mid-terrace cottage situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from Filey. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is a small rear patio with furniture and communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is also off road parking for one car. Blue Bay House is a fantastic choice in an ideal location. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Beach 1 mile. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Other facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children and pets should be supervised at all times.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
